ZT-19 Wheels are tied to toys that have not been released yet. The ZT-19 GS Wheels are part of the new Series 2 Pull-Back Racers that released at GameStop last week.

In the future, please be a bit more careful and use the in-game reporting option as it doesn't require you to input what the player said.
The leveling system is the same as it was in the past with the exception that you can gain additional levels with the Challenges system.
If you DM me your account username or Steam profile URL, I can look into its match history to see what's going on.

That’s the idea. Since gravity is so funky there and you have black holes, the person who goes closest to the black hole can make the run in less distance, but can also fall into it if the ship sucks.
