Hiya folks! We just pushed an update to Quick Chat (no download required) to make "This is Rocket League!" usable anywhere Quick Chat can be used -- not just in Tournaments. Using it during regular, non-Tournament online matches will count towards the Challenge seen above.
You can add it to your Quick Chat rotation by going to Settings -> Chat -> View/Change Quick Chat. Thanks all and sorry for the confusion!
u/Psyonix_Devin are we supposed to be seeing the anniversary items in the Item Shop already or are the billboards in game advertised wrong? Billboard Maybe it's a bug too? Was excited to get the items today with the event but now I'm unsure of what's going on.

Hiya! The "In Shop Now" billboard went up a little bit early, just took it down. Check back tomorrow. :D

I've seen ZERO responses by Psyonix so far and as far as I'm aware it hasn't been added to their known bugs. I have seen multiple daily posts by players however. So it is a more widespread issue than just myself, OP, and a few others

Well it seems that it still needs more improvement.
I've reported at least 5 players this season for being intentionally idle or match throwing. And these aren't borderline cases, this is a player not moving for 3 minutes and boasting about it in chat or a teammate bumping me and scoring own goals whilst trash talking me.
Yet I haven't had a single notification of disciplinary action being taken. This report system is clearly still ineffective.

If you want to provide your in-game name I'll happily take a gander at your reports! It'll certainly help me verify that the system is or isn't working as intended.

Should be! Though keep in mind they're general feedback notifications. They'll indicate that disciplinary action has been taken but don't indicate which report it's from

Thank you for doing so! We made some improvements at the start of Season 7 to this system so as long as these folks are being reported, they'll be receiving disciplinary action
