NA and EU patch at different times.

NA patches first then EU the following morning.

Try doing a check/repair of the client in the game settings.

That should ping the server to start downloading V.0.9.10.

Can we try out some connection troubleshooting to see if we can help stop something like this from happening again in the future?

 

A good place to start off would be with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website. If you're still running into any issues after that check out the Xbox-specific steps as well. If you're still running into any issues like this afterward please let me know.
