I think the off-balance matches are due to the stability issues that we're currently investigating. We hope to have it fixed soon.

Several times this past week, my Scorch gun will just stop shooting, and my SO has had several times when he just started the match, that his gun won’t shoot, reload, and he stops being able to move, as Ronin.

This may have been somewhat solved by our Region fix from yesterday, but we're aware of some other stability issues. These are a top priority for us.

Daily contracts not refreshing at all. It's been like this since more than a week ago. Once the timer for a new daily contract hits zero, it's just says a new contract is ready to be progressed but I don't receive it at all. Once I reboot the game, the timer resets and updates yet I don't get any contract to complete. Already sent 2 support tickets about this on the official website:

It's very annoying cuz I don't get rewarded for my playtime in comparison to people that get a couple of this per day which give you about 200-250 reputation points each. So basically I'm getting scammed a contract per 6hours period, so I won't play until this gets fixed.

I mentioned this above, but basically we were able to fix for some but not all. We're investigating this now.

Hey! We introduced a fix for this last week that we thought would work. It looks like it worked for some but not all. We're actively investigating to see why the fix didn't work for everyone, and hope to have this fixed soon.

note: I picked Dahlia in the second half - It worked in the first round of the second half and then it never worked again. I used it on Saint in the first round. I bought the DMR in the second round (I never bought it before so maybe it's a known bug with the DMR?). I picked Phantom in the first half. The highlighting would always be present whenever looking at teammates but I would always get the sound + text notification indicating that I can't use the ability.

edit: another time it happened in a later round and wouldn't work from then on. as suggested by others commenting on the issue it doesn't at all seem related to whom you're linking or which weapon you're buying. it worked for a full game one time though.

We're doing some investigations on these issues to assess their severity and how complicated they are to fix (we call it triage). Once we've assessed this it will be a lot easier for us to predict a time frame.

What I can tell you is we are very adamantly against missing another announced launch time for this mode. It could mean it suddenly turns on a few hours later, but we're committed to avoiding further disappointment.

Final decisions surrounding this were still being discussed at 7:00 AM our time and once we had a final decision we communicated as quickly as we could. We felt it important to monitor data from overnight to ensure we had a full picture to make the right call.

We will not provide a specific date/time for it's release until we are sure.

Hey Rogues! On behalf of the team, thank you all again for your patience yesterday through what was a little bit of a bumpy start for the the All the Fixins update. We've been working through a number of your reported issues and reviewing data on our side.

First we are investigating a common crash some of you are experiencing which we believe may be tied to the Shooting Range. At this time that is being disabled until we've determined it won't impact you in any way. It's an important area for testing and warming up and we'll reintroduce it as soon as we can!

PlayStation and Switch players in particular, we know you guys have reported specific crashes in the game and the team is diving in on these as well. Thank you for all the specifics you provided and know these fixes are coming as well.

Most of the team took a quick break over the last few hours to grab a little sleep but everyone has been back at it for an hour or two now. These crashes and stability are the top priority right now.

Please try a restart. We do have a known issue where your client sometimes doesn't see your Rogue Buck balance (it's safe).

Howdy Reddit! We know a lot of you are excited about today's update (we are too!) with the release of the new Rogue Fixer and Ranked Beta. Thank you for your patience today while we tackled a few technical issues which may have impacted your gameplay. We're tracking a few issues many of you have reported today:

  • General server performance issues impacting not connecting to matches correctly or lag. We are working on a fix for this and hope to have it available as soon as possible.
  • Dahlia has been reported as not linking correctly. We are looking into this. If you have video please send it our way!
  • A few of you are not seeing refreshed Contracts. This will very likely require a maintenance which we will schedule as soon as possible.

What about Ranked Beta? This is still coming! Once we have rolled out a small hotfix to the servers to address the ongoing technical issue, we'll make it available.
