They’re actually listening, woah, thank you 🥺 my friends and i have had our ears bleed for months, and just hearing that you guys are working on it makes me feel so much better
We're shipping a potential fix for it in the next update (Sinister Shadows). We feel reasonably confident in it but will be checking with players who have reported the issue to us to verify it's resolved.
We tried a different solution as a hotfix a few weeks back but it didn't resolve the issue.

To those who haven't seen me around much: hi! I joined the team back in April as Rogue Company's Senior Community Specialist. I've worked in the games industry for about twelve years now, and am happy to say that I am extremely happy here on the Rogue Company team. Everyone I work with on a daily basis is exceptional - kind, thoughtful, and great at what they do.
We know Rogue Company players have dealt with a lot in the past few months. We deal with the same issues, and if anything, it can feel even more frustrating as a developer because of how invested you feel in the project you work on. This isn't meant to disparage or alienate anyone with frustrations around these issues, but to say that we understand because we're Rogue Company players too.

You're welcome! I actually shared this thread earlier in the week (on Monday - I try not to Reddit at 2AM on Sunday night/Monday AM) with some of the major stakeholders on Rogue Company, but just now got around to replying in said thread. Lots of great suggestions here and issues we're aware of, but it never hurts to reiterate that the players still want these things.

I was using Phantom with the MLX Mark 4 and everything (primary, secondary, melee) had the Nova weapon wrap applied. I'm pretty sure I wrote this post like... an hour or maybe less after it happened? It happens at least once a day, so I could get an actual match ID and post it here with details next time it occurs, if that would help.

This is similar to the PS4/5 & XBOX exclusive skins and wraps (Lancer) I had my Lancer blue and red ones disappear but now they are back. But my pulsing blue wrap and the Xbox one are just proofed away. I play on Xbox SX, PS5 and PC.. Missing on all.
