Yes on PC, Eastern United States. Happened once yesterday again. And like 5 times last Thursday.
Can you collect some crash logs for me and send them over?
To turn on crash reports:
For Epic Games:
- Step 1: Open Epic Launcher and go to Settings
- Step 2: Scroll down to Rogue Company, click to expand, and hit the ☑ beside "Additional Command Line Arguments"
- Step 3: Paste the following into Additional Command Line Arguments: -vivoxinfo -dumpmarin -dumpmarout
- Step 4: After playing matches with the issues or crashes, please zip all files in the logs folder (e.g. C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\RogueCompany\Saved\Logs) and submit below.
For Steam:
- Step 1: Open the Steam Launcher and go to your "Library" tab
- Step 2: Right-click Rogue Company, go to "Properties," and copy and paste the following into your "Launch Options": -vivoxinfo -dumpmarin -dumpmarout

[Bug] Good Company trophy is bugged on account, i have won many time with more than 8 different rogues. I see alot of posts about this trophy.

Please fix the 'Good Company' in game award/ trophy which is not tracking on PS4, Xbox and PC. It is alienating large parts of your fanbase/ customers who are completionists.

On Xbox One/One X, the lobby music sometimes goes crazy and turns into this awful screeching feedback sound. (I've had the issue on both consoles.) This doesn't happen on PS4 or Xbox Series S, as far as I can tell. I have too many consoles. :)

There are good days and bad days. I mean, I can fall into the whole thing where I feel like there has to be a cheater behind every rock too. Especially right before the next patch. But all in all, the game seems to be working well on every system I've tried. It's never going to be perfect, but I've been playing almost daily for 2+ months straight (after taking a long break after launch) and I've not run into too many bugs that ruin the experience for me. Just my perspective.

Keep in mind that if you answer "Yes" to the last question ("Do we have permission to contact you..."), a member of our engineering or QA team may reach out to you for additional information.
[Bug] Sometimes (so hard to reproduce) you are not able to change primary weapon to another unlocked. All are locked then. Only way to work around is marking a weapon as fav to the Agent in Main Menu.
This should be resolved tomorrow with the update!
[Bug] Weapon Mastery - Objection is still locked for other characters. Shown as unlocked in the weapons menu though.
This should be fixed tomorrow (Cannon Update). Let us know if not!
