This is known! We have a fix for it and will likely deploy it in a future hotfix.
Hey, sorry you've been dealing with a bug. Can you elaborate on "broken"? Difficult to report it to the team without details. :)
When this happens, if you’re on console, make sure to send us a report if it prompts. If it asks for optional comments, just tag it as “Last kill crash.” If you’re on PC, turn on crash reports (I’m on mobile so I apologize — I can’t post the instructions here with ease, but I’ve posted them across the sub elsewhere!). Every time you crash, send the log to me so I can forward it along to the engineering team.

Step 1: Open Epic Launcher and go to Settings
Step 2: Scroll down to Rogue Company, click to expand, and hit the :ballot_box_with_check: beside "Additional Command Line Arguments"
Step 3: Paste the following into Additional Command Line Arguments: -vivoxinfo -dumpmarin -dumpmarout
Step 4: After playing matches with the issues or crashes, please zip all files in the logs folder (e.g. C:\Users[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\RogueCompany\Saved\Logs) and submit to a developer.

I just reported the Gatling gun FPS drop to the team. Seems this is impacting players regardless of whether they're playing with or against Cannon.
As for the sound, this is likely going to be hotfixed later on.
Vy was one of the older models in Rogue Company that we intended to update when we had improved art tools, much like Lancer. Her new model is the intended design for her with those new tools.
Of course this doesn't mean that we don't want to hear your feedback on her! I'm always lurking around on Reddit, doing my best to collect your feedback on these sorts of things. :)

I've been tracking these reports and passing them along. Have you received a deserter penalty before?
In theory, the deserter penalty system doesn't see the difference between a crash and a leave, and places penalties that stack in length over time. However, if you're never seeing a penalty and then getting slapped with half an hour then an hour, that's as big of an issue as the crash itself.
I believe this was a piece of feedback from the last patch. Let me know if this is 👍 or 👎

Yeah while you are reporting sound bugs you may want to look into cannons ability literally making all audio disappear and there becomes a crackling noise during him firing too
This one we have a fix for and it should be resolved in an upcoming update.
Since runway it didn’t work for like 60% of my matches, but so far today all day the vibration has been completely off. Nothing vibrates(shooting, explosions, dodge roll) and I really hope it doesn’t just stay like this since us Xbox one x players seem to be a small minority. I know for certain that it’s an issue with the game and not my controller. Please help
