Hey, sorry, I misunderstood what you were after. As you died/the game didn't record it I can't fairly reward a Top 10 prize, but which of the participation prizes are you missing? From what I see they are all already unlocked on your account.

There is the post i made for it back when the finale was going on

I'm sure there is some of the top 5 anyway that weren't accually top 5...

(i also never got the title or any of the rewards for that matter including pet)

The Top 10 winners we've awarded were decided by game code, which knows when players died and so who was disqualified. For your case individually I don't know - it looks like your score wasn't recorded, and for that I can only apologise.

Hey all,

Here's hoping the power of reddit can help get someone their trip to Jagex!

The owner of the account "Jam I am" fought through incredible odds, bugs and zombies to score 5th place in last year's Dimension of the Damned competition. Which means they've won an expenses-paid trip to the UK to visit Jagex, which is happening in February!

Alas, the owner of the account hasn't logged in since mid-November, and I haven't been able to get in touch with them.

I'm really hoping that together the community will be able to help find the owner of Jam I Am, so we can get them on their trip to Jagex along with the other Top 5. All I need is for everyone to spread the word, and see if we can either find a friend who can get in touch with them, or maybe they'll see this if they have other accounts they use?

I've sent the account inbox messages over the last few months, so they just need to log in and respond to one, and I can get the ball rolling.

Please be advised that with the new payment system, it detects your country and applies the correct currency and payment methods for that location, which can not be changed.

Why? People who bought 3 months and 6 months of VIP had their auras end many months ago. You should be consistent with everyone.

Gold Premier is a bit more special than Silver or Bronze, as you'll find in 2018. If you're gold, we're going to take better care of you.

I can just picture the Jmod running around the room going "Sign this" lol.

The majority of the Jmods on that concept art are from Player Support, apart from the couple exceptions. :)

Hey hey, Congratz on the kill :). How did you find playing on your phone?

Just want to say a few things. Yes we have NOT touched the Interface layout as of yet. We have some internal prototypes floating around which we are refining and will release at a later date.

You can move the Interface around the same as on PC. The only problem is that you need to be very accurate with your clicks. As it is your LIVE account you can head to the PC and arrange your layout, then when you go onto mobile it will remember it :) (joys of cross platform).

Any more questions, just reply and i'll try to answer them if I know how ;).

Pretty much yes. Apart from we have made some optimisations along the way to hopefully help make the experience a bit more friendly.

Which is why it is only being given to a few hundred players rather than the whole player base :).

/u/DarkImmortal seemed to have been the only one looking into it, from what I've seen so far. I'm not certain on any progress further than that forum post, but Mod Dark didn't seem too optimistic regarding success.
