We've found the source of the ticking noise! it wasn't a pipe bomb fortunately. We'll try and get a fix out by next week.

This had happened to me as well. It started yesterday when I chartered the gnome glider from priff to the grand tree. It gets you there but freezes the game. When you try and log in it creates a black screen and never loads. Restarting it over and over never worked.

I logged onto my main and it did the same thing after traveling with the glider.

Also this morning doing a store run, I successfully teleported to edge and alkharid, but teleporting with combat bracelet to the ranged guild it froze and wouldn't load again. It gets you into lobby but loading into the world it breaks.

You might need to restart your PC. If that doesn't work backdate, they might have a bug with their GL drivers.

I've tried to reproduce this issue but I'm having no luck. Can you remember if there was an evil tree, guthix cache or sinkhole in the area?

I know you have said you have updated your drivers but how you explain it is a HP only issue, I'm going to assume you have an incorrect driver as I can see you driver is from 06/2017 and the latest is 07/2017. Your friend also has an Intel 600 series graphics card.

No, I'm not embarrased. I stop game breaking issues from going into the game on a daily basis. Something as minor as clicking a specific button crashing the client when you want to exit when you can just click the X instead is something so microscopic in the grand scheme of things. We didn't release anything this week that should have touched that code, but unfortunately, it did. We test smart, not everything. You would never see an update if we tested for every single thing that has previously gone wrong in the past.

We do have an automated system that checked in game settings. We will add the back arrow to that test.

You could be more constructive with your criticisms...

Reading your post has saddened me, and I want to help get any misunderstanding cleared up.

As I don't know your in-game character name, I can't look into this quite yet.

Just to be clear, we will not use screenshots/videos as evidence for harassment reports and we won't take action against an account purely based on them being reported, regardless of where that report is made or who it is made to.

If action has been taken against your account, it's because you were reported in-game and our investigation into that report found that the account was involved in activity/behaviour which was deemed inappropriate and violated the Rules of RuneScape.

With regards to your statement that no action is taken against accounts you've reported; please do not confuse 'not seeing any action being taken' as 'action not being taken'.
