From the perspective of my character, probably Wahisietel or Azzanadra, I feel like those two are my buddies even after the whole ‘betrayed me and almost ended the world’ thing with Azzy.

Bugs
When using an ushabti to capture the souls of certain slayer monsters, the incorrect soul is stored.
The instakill slayer buff from guardhouse works inconsistently on monsters that have multiple phases.
Issues:
Enabling of special slayer assignment is not prompted when getting a task from the Raptor for the first time

... Read moreIt's a much wider issue. You can notice it when someone teleports into Max Guild or PvM hub. The player will appear for a split second and then the "teleport arrival" animation will play.
It's probably an engine bug.
Technically this is a seperate issue to teleporting - this is 'just' a missed param on the npc config that hides it until it's spawn anim has played. We've got a bug in for it, probably won't make it in time for mondays build though.
⚠️PSA: We will be briefly taking down the game for a short maintenance tomorrow at 9am Game Time (10am BST) to deploy a server update that should resolve the intermittent world crash issues.

Is there a lore reason why not? (Unless it was the bit in the quest about him saying no after we shoehorned him into the role)
If you talk to The Raptor in game and choose the 'Let's talk about you' chat option they will explain why they are not a slayer master.
In terms of lore. I think each of the slayer masters are a member of the 'Order of the slayer masters' of which The Raptor is not interested in being part of.
The Raptor not appearing here is deliberate. While he functionally acts as a slayer master in terms of assigning creatures to kill, when it comes to lore he is not a slayer master.
Folks are having a look into this one currently, sorry for the confusion.
Unfortunately not, but I like this as an abstract retroactive reference.
There are a few Enter Shikari, Bring Me The Horizon and various other alt/metalcore references throughout the elite dungeons though. Mostly purposefully vague and thematically appropriate so as not to be jarring.

One of my friends built all 3 tiers and is now stuck since they can't build the next tier up to progress, any idea ?
Hotfix should be live soon. Once it is talking to the Raptor should advance the quest.
