Please tell me the bosses in Shattered World scale their level to the world
It is ridiculous to encounter an unscaled GWD1 boss on either World 5 (too hard) or World 200 (too easy)
That being said, great improvements in general!
The bosses do indeed scale to the world, albeit a little stronger and with more HP than the other mobs.
Rewards Players can now buy Spirits of Battle from the Slayer Mask tab of the Shattered Worlds Reward Shop. These cost 100million anima and can be used to reset the kill count on Slayer masks.
The various Slayer masks available from Shattered Worlds have been reorganised into a single tab and ordered by Slayer level requirement. In addition, you can now purchase Spirits of Battle for 1,000,000 anima each
Which is it? 1 million or 100 million each?
Some weekly challenges have been rebalanced to better represent their difficulty and reward. Previously, Silver challenges would complete around world 25 but will ask you to complete worlds up to 50; Gold challenges took place around worlds 40-50 but will now require you to beat worlds 80-100+

Yeah I had Jagex confirmation it was missed from patch notes, they're adding it now.
What are we looking at here?
This is just RNG.
It works based on weightings (regardless of how many different artefacts a spot contains), and we track the last three artefacts received. If you were to three of A in a row, your weightings for A/B/C would be 1/10/10, so still have a 1/21 chance to receive A again. It happens.
We have discussed increasing the prior artefact tracking from three to five, which should help some more.
