Come on bro, I mean props to you for making the effort to respond to him, but 14 days ETA on responses, of which he can’t even submit his own evidence to, is absurd.

EDIT: this may have came off passive aggressive which sort of, but then wasn’t my intention. I just find it disgraceful that after so many years, no real investment has been put in place to build a CX team to resolve issues for your players, your veterans!

I can tell there's genuine frustration in your comment, which would be ignorant if i assumed it was meant maliciously.

There's nothing more I can do to help, and realistically I'm not expected to, within my job role. However, I'd rather point him in the right direction, even if that is less than desired as you've pointed out.

Part one weapon diversity effects haven't changed (and won't be changed when the beta has been back up). Changes were made in the initial couple of weeks based on player feedback but there hasn't been enough feedback to make any further changes.

Of course, all weapon effects are still in beta and if there are any further significant feedback on the first batch half of weapon diversity effects, we'll make changes to those too.

- The bank space will come with the full bank placeholders/improvements update :)

Hello everyone,

In just a short while, we'll be closing down the Weapon Diversity Beta server.

The great news with this is that I'm happy to confirm that we're doing this to prepare for Bank Placeholders/Improvements, oh... and we'll using that beta to launch the new Weapon Diversity beta which includes the weapons we originally didn't update!

I'll be having Mod Timbo joining me on stream tomorrow to talk about the changes for the Weapon Diversity update, also expect a showcase of all the changes we've done for the bank update!

The initial plan for the beta is to launch next week, however if this changes we'll keep you updated!

Hey,

Sorry this is causing you some trouble - I can confirm it's an issue we're aware of.

The actual problem is not with the functionality, but with the visual indicator that the option has been checked. Clicking the check-box will infact make the item 'switch modes', however the check-box will stay empty.

Can you try it out, and then report in game and DM here on reddit with the issue too? I'll try and make some time to investigate and it'll help if i have your save file at the Rune Drags with your equipment/load out. Another reply to my comment says its working so i'll need to find out what's going on.
