I wanted to do Raids Practice Mode for ages, and I'm so glad it got taken on TBH, some people still struggle at Yaka so this is a great chance to smash that :D
Nope, Scavenger still gives a level 20 benefit.
A reminder of the rate for ya
Scavenging 3 = 3% chance to proc giving 3 components, with a 3% chance it'll be 3 rare components
At level 20 this boosts it to 3.3%, not a massive increase but could explain why you think it's a nerf, just RNG it seems!
