After players worked tirelessly to free Guybrush Threepwood from the magical machinations of LeChuck in previous Tall Tale ‘The Quest for Guybrush’, the time has come to strike back against his captor. In this third and final instalment of Sea of Thieves: The Legend of Monkey Island, you’ll venture to the titular isle and finally confront the nefarious Captain responsible for Guybrush’s recent misfortunes.

Previous Pirate Perils As the third Tall Tale in the trilogy, ‘The Lair of LeChuck’ is the culmination of everything pirates have experienced in The Legend of Monkey Island so far. This delightful crossover kicked off back in July, as players reached the glittering Caribbean shores of Mêlée Island for the first time. However, not everything was as it seemed, and a series of challenges and riddles led them to uncover the shocking truth: this version of the island was a Sea of the Damned illusion, a trap designed to ensnare Guybrush.
