The first option is that border isnt out yet since i didnt know and i play at masters so i care about the border. The second is there is a new border for S8

Honestly, the meteor upgrade from Rod of Tahuti feels too weak in its state, it's too easy to dodge and doesn't do that much. It would benefit from either a speed increase or CD decrease, 80+ seconds or whatever it is is way too much.
Physical ability lifesteal is SCARY now, you can heal 50% max hp from a single minion wave.
The fire path blink feels super strong, the damage is really really potent in a teamfight where the flames will be stepped over a lot. Lots of potential for combos with Ganesh or other characters that can freeze you in place.
