I made the voting thread, and /u/savvysaur was kind enough to post a general one as soon as the voting was up which allowed people to know about it immediately. There's no need to have 2 separate discussion threads, so I didn't post one. I don't know why it was removed, but you can still comment here.

Not really, we do this just as volunteers, if you have any extra free time. It's nothing special, not really a tasking job that needs payment
