Read moreOkay this is the second post I've seen today that says that HiRez releases way fewer gods. Just as a matter of gathering feedback, can you guys answer some questions for me?
1) Do you feel like HiRez is being lazy by releasing fewer gods?
2) Do you feel like recent gods (say, cthulhu or yemoja) have had more, less, or similar amounts of work put into them as old gods (say, odin?)?
3) Do you see fewer yearly god releases as a bad thing?
And just to try to clear up a misconception, people that work in certain departments on certain things have almost no impact on the workflow/capacity of other departments doing other things. So, if they had a time where fewer skins were released, that does not mean that more (e.g) bugs were fixed. Usually they're just trying to deliver good content, and sometimes that has delays or sometimes they change the way they do things to be a little bit higher quality but take a little bit more time. Such is life.

After the Erlang release fest, I'm happy to see that they take as much time as they need for a God. The quality of recent releases is amazing both kit and design wise so they should definitely take their time.
