Forebear is not part of the founder packs and should appear in the cosmetic shop again someday!
In terms of linking your prior purchase to your account, please see support when it's back up they should be best positioned to help out!
This is something we'd definitely love to support! No concrete plans to talk about right now though!
Not too much to add to this topic as a lot of taste is subjective. But there are two male legendaries coming to the shop in our next update :)
