Not sure why you're seeing this - in that level bucket on EU, lobbies are full or near-full for about 12-14h a day. Some tips:
- Make sure you set your preferred region in account settings. (The game may be auto-detecting your region incorrectly).
- If on XB1 or PS4, turn on Crossplay. Note that up until MR23, you will still be playing only against console players (MR23+ crossplay is temporary for now). If you turn off crossplay, you'll only play against other players who have it turned off, which is a very small % of overall playerbase.
