Good afternoon, I have been trying to access the game since yesterday and I have not been able to, I have the game purchased from Epic, and I try to start the game through Epic and Ubisoft and I get this loading screen and it does not let me enter the game, if I start the game from the .exe of the folder where it was installed, it stays blank as you can see in the second image, I tried to reinstall the game and it still does not work for me, I have been able to play about 60 hours and suddenly it does not let me play. If you need any more information I can add it without problems.

I await your response to assist me and solve the error, greetings and thanks in advance.

Hello @javi_dark, I am sorry to see you have had problems trying to launch the game that you purchased via Epic.

To help try and resolve this, can you please run through the following troubleshooting steps, as I have seen this fix similar issues for Epic versions of the game >

1. Navigate to the Ubisoft Game Launcher cache folder, by default located here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache
(Please note that the Ubisoft Connect launcher and Epic launcher must be fully shut down at this point and not running in the background.)

2. Open the cache folder and move the "ownership" folder to a safe location such as your Desktop

3. Once you have backed up that folder, delete the "cache" folder.

4. After deleting the cache folder, please verify the game files within Epic and Ubisoft Connect, using these guide >
Epic > https://www.epicgames.com/help/en-US/technical-support-c90/general-support-c91/how-do-i-verify-game-files-in-the-epic-games-launcher-a3638
Ubisoft Connect > https://www.ubisoft.com/help?article=000060529
(Please note, depending on the size of the game, verifying files can sometimes take up to 30 minutes to complete!)

5. After verification, the launch option appears again. Please now try launching your game.

Please let me know what happens after following these 5 steps, if this resolves the issue for you?

Are you using any mods?

You might try Step 3 of our usual issue-checking process:

Manually delete /Stellaris/ and redownload: (in Steam) Right Click Stellaris, Local Files, and click Browse. Delete the contents of the /Stellaris/ folder that opens (do *not* delete the /Stellaris/ folder in /Documents/, as it contains your save files and custom empires).

In that case, please try disabling all of your mods before starting, and let us know if you still have the same issue.
