The client has been updated with the following changes:
  • Updated Gear 12 Finisher crafting so that it can only be crafted once for each character.

Hi Holotable Heroes,

We have just released a client hotfix to the Google and iOS app stores. This hotfix includes bug fixes and some additional logging to help us track down a couple of evasive issues. You can visit your respective apps stores to update immediately or we will require all players to update with the next content release.

CHANGES
  • [GENERAL] - Made a few changes to help better manage memory on iOS devices, which should help reduce the amount of memory related crashes
  • [GENERAL] - Fixed an issue where some ship battles resulted in a soft lock where all ability icons disappeared and players were forced to restart the game
  • [GUILD EVENT] - Fixed an issue where a player could advance to a “non-existent” phase in Territory Battles if the player remained in the map preview after the end of the final phase

Hi Holotable Heroes!

Today’s Server Update contains two fixes for the Grand Arena Championships. We will be rolling out the server update over the next hour. Once complete, we will notify you in this thread and your client will need to reboot.

CHANGES
  • [EVENT] - Only Lifetime Season Score points will be incremented when granted from a previous season. This could occur if players did not login and claim their Season Score Points prior to the end of a season.
  • [EVENT] - Championship Points for clearing zones with no defenses will now only be granted to the attacker.

Today’s Server Update contains a fix for the Grand Arena Championships. We will be rolling out the server update over the next hour. Once complete, we will notify you in this thread and your client will need to reboot

CHANGES
  • [EVENT] - Players who did not receive score from Grand Arena round 1 in the current Championship will have their accounts modified to add those missing points the next time they log in.

If you were affected, there will be an inbox message sent to your account letting you know we fixed your issue. This update will require a restart of the game.

Server Update: 07/12 ~5PM PST
• Championship points for Round Wins will now be awarded moving forward
• Game will not be restarted for this update
• Next week, we will look into correcting affected player's scores impacted
• We will post more information Monday 7/15 on this issue

  • [EVENT] - Fixed an issue where previous season points were carried over from Championship Exhibition A to Championship Exhibition B. Affected player's leader board scores will resolve automatically after they earn points during the current season

KNOWN ISSUES
  • Lifetime Championship score is displayed as off by 1 on some game screens

CHANGES
  • [EVENT] - Fixed an issue that caused Grand Arena tiebreakers to not use matchmaking score. Tie breakers will now use matchmaking GP when determining the winner.
  • [EVENT] - Players can no longer gain extra score from winning rounds of Grand Arena in some circumstances. Note: The change in score will only be visible on the player profile initially. The global leaderboard will not update until that player scores in a future Grand Arena.
  • [EVENT] - Fixed an issue that caused the final Grand Arena round in a Championship season to show the time to the end of the season end instead of the Grand Arena review period

Today, 2/07/2018, we’ve pushed a Server Update to address the missing rewards if you experienced the server issues during the 2nd launch of the Revan’s Ancient Journey. Please reboot the game to run the fix.

SERVER UPDATE NOTES:
  • Credit players who did not receive some of the tier rewards from Revan’s Ancient Journey. Jedi Knight Revan character shards were already sent out last week and today’s update will send them the rest of missing rewards such as Omegas and Zetas

Today, 12/13/2018, we’re pushing a Server Update to address several existing bugs.

SERVER UPDATE NOTES:
  • Fixed an issue with Grand Arena participation messages being sent to players that did not opt in
  • Fixed an issue with the 3.0 error message appearing for Grand Arena participants whose opponents did not set defensive squads
  • Fixed an issue with Grand Arena Banners not updating correctly
  • NEW FEATURE: Grand Arena Auto-deploy defenses
    We have added defense auto-deploy for players that set 0 defensive squads/fleets during the setup phase of any Grand Arena round. This auto-deploy sets units from highest to lowest power on defense so manually setting your defenses is still a far more effective strategy. This will only occur at the end of the setup phase if a player has set 0 defensive squads/fleets. Auto-deploy will fill units into defense until all defenses are filled or units run out, which...
