I'm sorry to hear there hasn't yet been a response from the support team. A few other threads here have reported something similar, that it's been really slow hearing back from the support team. I'm not sure I understand. When you say username, do you mean your username in the SWGOH game, your EA account username, or the name you entered in the first and second name on your EA account?

If your date of birth was input incorrectly, you'll need the help of the EA support team to update that. There are restrictions in place that remove that option on underage accounts to help prevent minors from tweaking their date of birth to get around the restrictions and access features like online game modes and chat. 

 

If your account is set to underage by mistake, contact the support team directly so they can help you update it. The fastest way to get it is by contacting us in-game. ...

If the issue persists after reading through that guide and trying the steps, then it might be a bug. You can flag potential bugs on the bug report board using the bug report template. Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear your disappointment with the Leviathan content. Bugs aren't fun for anyone, and obviously they aren't what we want our fans to experience so we do try to deal with them asap but it's not always a simple or straightforward process. Nevertheless, I get how it can be frustrating dealing with them in-game and affects the fun and enjoyment you'd get out of your game.
