@Lobot1977 Hey there! Sorry to hear you didn't get the items that you purchased.

So for missing purchases you'll need to get in touch with support directly.
You can submit a ticket directly from in game by tapping the Settings cog on the Cantina home screen then tapping Help.

This will bring you to the EA Help site, by contacting EA help this way it automatically populates your information for the advisor so they can get straight to helping you.

I checked out the error code. Getting that error usually means there's an unstable or weak internet connection. Are you using mobile data to log in? Try switching to wifi and see if that helps.

I'm sorry to hear there hasn't yet been a response from the support team. A few other threads here have reported something similar, that it's been really slow hearing back from the support team. Email can sometimes take longer as more people opt for it but for SWGOH cases, the first case needs to be an email sent in from in0game to send through details the support team needs to help from there with SWGOH cases. I've been looking into what can be done but there's nothing from our side, sadly. The support team would need to look into this. I've sent in a report to flag this behaviour on the support side of things so I'm hoping that helps with how advisors assist with this. Could you try it again?

I'm not sure I understand. When you say username, do you mean your username in the SWGOH game, your EA account username, or the name you entered in the first and second name on your EA account?

If your date of birth was input incorrectly, you'll need the help of the EA support team to update that. There are restrictions in place that remove that option on underage accounts to help prevent minors from tweaking their date of birth to get around the restrictions and access features like online game modes and chat. 

 

If your account is set to underage by mistake, contact the support team directly so they can help you update it. The fastest way to get it is by contacting us in-game. ...
