I checked out the error code. Getting that error usually means there's an unstable or weak internet connection. Are you using mobile data to log in? Try switching to wifi and see if that helps.

I'm sorry to hear there hasn't yet been a response from the support team. A few other threads here have reported something similar, that it's been really slow hearing back from the support team. Email can sometimes take longer as more people opt for it but for SWGOH cases, the first case needs to be an email sent in from in0game to send through details the support team needs to help from there with SWGOH cases. If your date of birth was input incorrectly, you'll need the help of the EA support team to update that. There are restrictions in place that remove that option on underage accounts to help prevent minors from tweaking their date of birth to get around the restrictions and access features like online game modes and chat.
