For what its worth I've seen this happen for my whole guild, at least 6 different devices, haven't seen anyone that can actually read the ability. Doesn't seem to be device specific

That's the thing, after purchasing it and watching the little congratulations thing, I quit the game while nothing was going on to go eat, then when I came back it just sort of reset my account? I have no idea what I did wrong.
After you purchased the HDB you get a token, that grants you all the content when you "accept" it. Did you do that? If you are sure that you are logged in the account that purchased the HDB and are still missing its content this may require some more investigations. Would you mind creating a new post/thread on AHQ, please? Thanks!

Hey! Didn't expect to see anyone from EA here, much appreciated for looking into this! Opponent used a level 3 Unwavering Courage cron with a +25% chance to dispel all debuffs. I don't remember the datacron I used. I think it had a protection up L3 and 10% TM L6 bonus.
