For subscription issues, the best thing to do is to directly contact our support team at this email address: [email protected]. When contacting them, make sure to give all the relevant information such as account name or email address linked to the account if you're contacting them from a different email address.

Note: It seems that the code doesn't do anything when players who already own those mounts redeem the code, the page is just reloading. Do not hesitate to check in your Collections if the following mounts are already unlocked: Korrealis Regent, Korrealis Sheriff, Korrealis Viceroy, and Korrealis Viscount.

First and foremost, thank you for the excellent feedback regarding Login Rewards. I would like to go over some points I have seen and talk a little more about them!

More Unique Rewards
Our goal with the Login Reward system is to allow itself to continually cycle between the Reward Calendars. As such, the rewards are intentionally designed to include consumable-style items all players can use, rather than (one-time) unique items. Adding unique rewards to the Reward Calendars is not currently in our plans for the Login Reward system all players will have access to.

That being said, we know that these unique rewards are what you want to see!

One place you may find unique rewards appear is in the Weekly Subscriber Bonus Reward track. We have designed the back end (developer side) of this specific reward track to allow us flexibility to provide more robust (and unique) rewards versus that of the shared Login Reward trac... Read more

Quick update regarding our livestream that was initially planned for last week. The new date and time is Friday, November 20th at 3:00pm CST (9:00pm GMT). Unfortunately with the revised schedule, Kari Wahlgren (the voice of the female Jedi Knight) can't make it, but we were able to prepare with prerecording so you still get to hear from her! And don't forget, that's in addition to two other (secret) special guests who we were able to record interviews with as well.

I wanted to take a moment and go a little deeper into our new Login Rewards system!

What Is the Login Reward System?
The Login Reward System is a new way to earn rewards each time you log into the game. All players, regardless of their subscription status, are eligible to participate.

In addition to the Login Reward, Subscribers are eligible for a Weekly Bonus Reward! Subscribers who log into the game at least 4 days during a week will be eligible to claim their Weekly Bonus Reward, which will vary from week to week.

Earn At Your Own Cadence
One of our primary design goals for the Login Reward system was to allow you the opportunity to progress your Reward Calendar at your own pace, without missing rewards! As such, the system tracks accumulated logins (think of a punch card), providing you with a reward every time you log into the game.

The Spirit of Vengeance

Jump into the PTS to test The Spirit of Vengeance Flashpoint! In this Flashpoint, renegade Mandalorians commanded by Heta Kol ambushed one of Shae Vizla�s capital ships - The Spirit of Vengeance II - to rip it apart and steal priceless Mandalorian relics. Players will fight these renegades to free Shae Vizla's ship and save its crew and relics.

To start this Flashpoint, head on over to Odessen. When on Odessen, use the elevator in the West hallway to the �Alliance Operations� room. Upstairs, you will see a marker on the Map to pick-up this Flashpoint. Below you can find the type of feedback that the team is looking for.
