Shadow Syndicate not appearing in the Reputation list

Did you check in your inventory?

Underworld Syndicate Plans are converted into Reputation items and added to your inventory.

Edit with additional information: The Shadow Syndicate Reputation only appears after using one Reputation item.

Ruins of Nul STILL bugged

Hi folks,

The bug you're reporting with Darth Malgus in Ruins of Nul Flashpoint is a known issue:[list][*]Players can't defeat Darth Malgus in Ruins of Nul Flashpoint - Story Mode.
  • Our team is currently investigating the issue. Current workaround: Stick to the outer perimeter of the fight (by the stone path but not beyond the pillars) when Malgus uses the Relentless Assault Ability.
As this thread is a duplicate of the main one: [Ruins of Nul: Story Mode] One Shot by Malgus, I am closing this one to avoid multiple threads regarding the same subject.

Desecration - Malgus Issue

Hi folks,

The bug you're reporting is a known issue:
  • Darth Malgus' (Companion) health is too low when fighting Master Medeen in Desecration Mission - Imperial.
    • Current workaround: As Darth Malgus is not healing enough at level 75, it is advised to enter the fight at level 80.
Our team is currently looking into it. I'll update you in this thread when I have more information.

Loot Crate still Dropping Empty Loot

Hi all,

A fix is being slowly rolled out through 11:59pm CT across all servers for the Tionese Requistion Caches not offering loot. While servers will not be brought down, some players may experience a momentary drop in-game but will be able to play immediately after.

Hi everyone,

The source of the issue has been identified and a fix has been created for it. However, we will not be able to deploy it until the next game patch. As such, players who are impacted by this issue, read the below carefully.
  • Please reach out to [email protected]
  • Add "Ryzen issue" to your subject line
  • Provide your account name
  • Confirm that you are not seeing anything on the server list
  • Confirm what hardware you are using

They will then verify the state of your account to confirm you are a player who is impacted. Compensation will be issued to you to make up for the days you have been unable to play once the fix has been deployed.

Did not get credit for Legacies of the Force after completeing Korriban incursion

Thanks for the reports about the 'Legacies of the Force' Season Objective not progressing when completing Flashpoints.

Our team is aware of this bug and is currently looking into it. I'll update you when I have more information.

Stuck in Fortification quest. No Way to progress (Video included)

This bug is a known issue:
  • Players are teleported to the wrong location after being polymorphed into a Cargo Loader Droid in the Manaan storyline - Imperial. Preventing them from progressing in the storyline.
As mentioned above, the current workaround is to Transport to the Fleet or Ship and launch the Mission again.

Regarding Technological Advancements Mission, Galactic Starfighter PvP Mode is not granting completion points. This information is available in the known issues list:
  • Technological Advancements Mission does not specify what PvP Modes grant completion points.
    • Galactic Starfighter PvP Mode is not granting completion points.
Regarding the [Weekly] Veteran Flashpoint, our team is aware of this bug and is currently looking into it:
  • The [Weekly] Veteran Flashpoint is not progressing after completing all the requirements.

[Ruins of Nul: Story Mode] One Shot by Malgus

Hi all,

We're still investigating the issue that players are experiencing with the Malgus fight. We will update players once we have a fix in place.

Current workaround for this fight is to stick with the outer perimeter of the fight (by the stone path but not beyond the pillars) when Malgus uses the ability Relentless Assault.
