Master Ranos not showing as collected after purchasing from season vendor

Hi everyone,

We're looking at a new patch for PTS that will include a high level look into Sentinel, and targeting next week to launch it. Should the timeline change, I will be sure to let you all know.

Details will be provided in similar fashion as to when the Jedi Guardian PTS was live once the patch is available.

Season 14 Payouts

Hi everyone, we've been seeing sentiment from players asking/wanting the ability to buy replica rewards with payouts from Season 14.

Wanted to confirm that players will be able to buy the replica rewards with the payouts from season 14 until the next season starts. This is for both Top 3 and bronze/silver/gold. Should that change, we will let players know.

We do not have a set date in which season 15 will begin, but there will be a decent amount of time in between so players will be able to make the purchases they want. We will, of course, be communicating when the next season starts and all relevant info when we are able.

Thanks for your report regarding the Tactical Ranger Helmet bug with a Male Body Type 4.

Our team is aware of this bug and is currently looking into that.

As your report is a duplicate of the following one: Tactical Ranger Helmet separated from the neck on Body 4 males, I'm closing yours to avoid multiple threads about the same subject.

Over several years and updates, more and more defensive cooldowns and abilities have been added to the game. Thanks for the report regarding the outfits issues with Theron Shan, Lana Beniko, and Zenith in Relentless Ambitions Mission.

Our team is aware of this bug and is currently looking into it. For more visibility, I'll add this bug to the Game Update 6.3.1 - Known Issues list.
