Hey everyone!

So there are a couple of things at play here that I will try to explain. First off, let's start with specific patch note from Game Update 6.2:

"The sound effect of the following items will now be correctly played:
  • Basilisk War Mount
  • Hoverturret Devastator
  • Payday Blaster Pistol
  • Amban JP Blaster Rifle
  • Sienar Drexl Mount
  • Desert Mudhorn Mount"

This was only an internal bug, not something that was ever live. In some of our internal environments certain audio effects were not working, so this internal bug report was created to flag and fix that. Unfortunately this got added in with our actual patch notes for live changes. We have now removed this errant patch note.

Coincidentally, at the same time an actual bug appeared for the Payday Blaster Pistol, changing its audio. These two events happening at once made it look like this w... Read more

Hey everyone!

We love that this was created and appreciate what Discord communities are capable of, but we want to encourage the use of the forums. Encouraging community members to go off of our platform at the top of the General Discussion Forum does not match that goal.   • Send the Snow-Covered by mail to an alt.

Thanks for the different reports concerning the bug on the Valiant Defender's Dualsaber.

Hi Esra,

Our last Game Update 6.2 'Echoes of Vengeance' changed the Conquest reset timer, making it match the Weekly Mission reset timer.

Hey everyone!

I just wanted to post a reminder that this week's Conquest is ending earlier according to our timing changes introduced with Game Update 6.2. From this point on, Conquests will now end at 11:00am GMT with the next Conquest beginning a hour later at 12:00pm GMT.

Hey Xxytome,

The "Shroud of Memory" unlock was temporarily removed from the Cartel Market. Recently a bug appeared during one of its cinematics which blocked players from progressing through the Chapter, so the team decided to temporarily remove it from the storefront. This is an issue we'll be addressing with tomorrow's maintenance. While the unlock may not back up on the Cartel Market the second maintenance is over, you can rest assured it'll be back up soon!

I like process because in general, it works. (Of course, if it doesn't then you work to improve it). A good example of this is I cannot take solo credit for this bug being fixed because you posted about it in this thread.

Bugs are and should be reported in the appropriate channels (such as the Bug Report forum and reporting in game). They are prioritized and fixes are implemented. Players using the proper channels to report issues only helps everyone in the long run. If information is spread out everywhere and stored in places where we would not look for reports, then the process becomes that much slower.

This process also takes time. If a bug is reported, we need time on our side to determine all the Ws and H (the who, what, when, where, why, and how). While I understand players want an immediate response to everything they post, we do ask for patience while we investigate and figure things out on our side before we respond to something.
