We do our best to ensure that you're having a positive experience.
If you'd like, you can contact us through one of our private channels to report any player that you've encountered.
All we need is a video, the username and the type of behavior encountered.
This will allow our teams to forward all the info for investigation.

As for the separate exploit you are reporting, @WarHeroI, can you let me know what the support case number was on the ticket you used to report it? I checked your account history and could not find any open or closed tickets.

Thanks for this report however I've had to remove the link as per our Forum Rules on naming / shaming players.
We have sufficient reporting facilities available in-game.
If you're unable to report someone in-game, please send any evidence to us privately via a ticket.

As above - we have processes in place to sanction those found to be in breach of the Code of Conduct.
Regardless of conduct, all players are entitled to the same level of discretion and privacy - as such, public naming and shaming is not accepted.
We kindly ask that you send any reports to us via the appropriate channels.

We have teams who keep an eye on most social media channels, including YouTube, so I'm confident we've got a good oversight of these videos already. I appreciate your concern over these videos! We're not able to have the videos themselves posted here on Discussions, so please don't point any specific ones out to us here, but I nonetheless really appreciate you highlighting this to us!
