This has been a problem for me since November, but I did not pursue it before becasue I was not sure where to report it.

In East Anglia, there is an artifact at a temple that is south of the Serpent's Landing location. The artifact was collected but the icon remains on the map and it was not registered as collected, therefore preventing me from completing all the artifacts for the region as well as preventing trophy acquisiton for trophies related to roman masks and artifacts. No patch as fixed anything yet, and honestly, I don't expect it to be fixed. If I noticed it at the time a reloaded save might have fixed it but that is no longer an option, nor will I start an entire new playthrough where I am not done of my first one that is now over 120 hours.

I do not know what else to do other than post this here in the non-existan hopes it gets reported or noticed in some manner.

Just to clarify, when we're reporting issues to the development team, we need to gather evidence, such as videos and screenshots in order for our team to reproduce it 🙂 As some of the issues are way more complex, they require more details and while evidence is present, the investigation can be started - especially when some of the issues cannot be reproduced.

Thank you for this screenshot @seto_kaiba3, is it possible we could ask you for one more, showing the exact location in the game where you picked this artifact up?

Can I also ask if your save file can be uploaded to the cloud, so that we may access it?

The screenshots are very helpful and give a little more context, I think your idea of the objects perhaps clipping through the ground could be a possible cause.

The development team have looked into this with your save file that was provided, however on the manual save file we provided the artifact had not been collected yet and once they collected it the issue was not present.

Can you confirm if your auto save already has the artifact collected? Are you also able to load your manual save and try collecting the artifact yourself to see if the issue persists.

Are you also able to provide a video to show that the artifact cannot be collected. You can do this using the 'share' button on your PS5, then you can clip the video and upload it to YouTube. To post the video into this thread you just need to copy and paste the URL link.

With regards to the connectivity issues, could you please go through the connectivity troubleshooting steps then try again to see if that helps.

Hello there @OG_Assassin07!

The development team have been investigating your report further, and would like to collect some additional information.

This Roman artifact is collected whilst under the water, rather than above ground. There should be a pool nearby which is deeper that you can dive into, and then swim underground to find the mask. You'll need to destroy a wooden wall to find the statue it's with.

Would you be able to send us another video that shows you swimming underwater to the mask location, and that the mask is unable to be collected because you are unable to dive any deeper?
