@xxshadowcommand Hello! I am sorry to hear that you are having crashing with the Division 2. Please try to verify your game files, run both Ubisoft Connect and the game as administrator and give this troubleshooting guide a try to test if it helps resolve this for you. Thanks!

@xxshadowcommand I'm sorry to hear that verifying the game files did not help.

Can you also go through all of the troubleshooting steps that UbiSushiVamp provided if you haven't already done so then try again.

However if the issue still persists could you please submit a support ticket and attach your system files, dxdiag and msinfo and our Customer Support team will investigate this further for you.

@sandgurung Hey there! I am sorry to hear that you are having rendering issues on your PlayStation 4 with the Division 2. To start, I recommend giving this troubleshooting guide a try to help with this.

If the issues remain afterwards please try to fully uninstall and reinstall the Division 2. If after all these steps you are still having rendering issues please provide me with a video here showing the troubles you are facing. The best way to provide a video is by uploading the clip to YouTube as an unlisted video and providing me with the link here. Thank you!

Hey there @sandgurung - thanks for coming back to us about this.

We don't have any recommendations about cleaning your PS4. I understand this is a common step performed by many PS4 owners, but I'd strongly recommend reaching out to Sony directly at their support website before attempting this.

Instead, we recommend the steps in our troubleshooting guide. You'd mentioned having updated your console, which is great. There are several other steps in the troubleshooting guide, and we've chosen them specifically because they can solve issues with our games.

Please let me know if I can clarify any of those steps further 🙂

Hey @sandgurung

Disconnecting the console from the internet wouldn't help you in this situation, as you need to be online to login and play The Division 2.

If it's being caused by lag, I would suggest going through the connectivity troubleshooting found here instead.

I couldn't say how future planned content will be made available currently I'm afraid. This is something that is ultimately up to the dev team and we usually won't have that information until content is released.

We'd be happy to forward on your feedback and suggestions, but again, it is up to the dev team what they do with the game so we can't promise something will be implemented, as we don't have any decision making on those ourselves at Ubisoft Support.
