To help the game team look into this for you, could you let us know the level of the items, and when you think you last used / saw these items (and if they all went missing at once)?

Sorry to hear that you are missing your exotic weapon after coming back to the game. Sadly, we don't have a way to restore missing items in the game, but we would still like to look into this and gather more information. Do you remember what you were doing in the game before you noticed the item went missing? Please also give these troubleshooting steps a try in the off chance that they help fix anything that could have maybe caused the item to not appear in your inventory at first. You never know, it could help! Let me know how it goes.

It is not possible for us to restore missing items, but we would like to investigate the specifics of what may have caused this for you. Can you provide us with a set of screenshots displaying the exact stats of each item that went missing from when you still had them?
