I have 2 Closers affected from the TU16 removed Attribute problem. 1 in a current build and 1 in my stash. Both painfully farmed for double crit so I had the option to roll the main core to anything I want. Both pieces have not been rolled to change anything. 1 I fully optimized on my main build and I left the one in my stash untouched.

Now on round 2 for an attempted to return my closers to their original state is still a fail. Becauee I never rolled anything on these pieces they are still open to be changed. Since the attributes are still wrong with TU16.2, I should not be asked to re roll to correct a problem I didn't create. I spent the time and struggle to aquire these parts to have options and I am not about to waist that option re rolling to correct an issue I shouldn't have. Please return my closer to its original state or allow me to re roll the pieces and keep them unlocked after the change. Help me help you.

Main closer pre TU16,
Exp - lvl 13
Fully opt Armour
Fully opt CHD
Fully opt CHC

2nd closer pre TU16 (in stash)
Exp - lvl 0
119k Armour
5% - CHC
10.5% - CHD

The support team is not the team that grants any sort of compensation for any issue that you run into in-game. Asking the support team will not make anything like that happen.

We are still waiting to hear back on our investigation into this issue, and I thank you for your patience so far.

The dev team need to investigate what is actually the cause of the issue @MaraxusCA. Any compensation from the issue would also be decided by them if it was to be provided, and it would be provided in a game update so all affected players are given it.
