Hey there @nongenuine! I'm sorry to hear that the Rogue Agent music has been playing continuously in your The Division 2 game.
If you do approach a Rogue Agent, and then either defeat them or get away from them, does this cue the music to stop? If not, please try leaving the Dark Zone and then entering it again to reset the music. I recommend that you also verify your game files in the specific client you use to launch the game:
Ubisoft Connect
Epic
If verifying your game files doesn't help, then I suggest going through this list of PC technical troubleshooting and trying each step in an attempt to fix this issue. Another thing you could try would be to ensure that the game and Ubisoft Connect client are both installed on the same drive as your Windows OS.

If you could also please see if the issue persists if you defeat the Rogue Agent too?

I have gotten this reported up to the Team for review. Just to clarify, have you still not tried defeating the Rogues to see if the music will go away when you do so?
