My Settlement is level 5. I am attempting to make the 3rd build (and have done so many times) of the farms in Revensthorpe. Each time I make the build, the raw materials and supplies are deducted from my inventory and it makes the music of the farm being upgraded but as soon as it is complete, the farm still requires it be upgraded. This is an infinity loop as far as I can tell and has gone through so many resources. I am afraid I will never reach a settlement level of 6 now because, As I understand things, there are only enough raw materials to reach level 6.

Hey there! Sorry to hear this, @mysabre73. During any of the attempts of upgrading your Farms in your settlement, were you able to capture a video clip of the behavior you are seeing in-game (please don't try upgrading again if you don't)? To confirm, there are no other structures other than the farms that have shown this behavior when upgrading, correct? If you could also ensure that your latest save is uploaded to the Cloud (you will see a cloud icon on your save slot), I will share this with our team to further review this.

@mysabre73 Apologies for the late response, and thanks for the video.

Could you also provide a screenshot showing what's left to build in your settlement. You can view this by going to Eivor's room in the longhouse and it should be on the left.

@mysabre73 Much appreciated! Would you also ensure that your latest save is uploaded to the Cloud (you should see a cloud icon on your save slot if save to the cloud)? This will allow our team to use your saved files for their investigation.

Thanks for sending me this update. @mysabre73 I sent you a direct message to gather some more information on your Cloud save. @BlachSheep, could you confirm if this is happening on console or if you are playing on PC when this occurs? Is there any other building that you see the same behavior?

@mysabre73 - Would you be able to let us know the username of the account you play Assassin's Creed: Valhalla on? I've checked the account you've contacted us from (mysabre73) and it looks like you play the game with another Ubisoft account. Once we know your username, we can include this in your report to the development team so they can take a closer look at your cloud save.

@BlachSheep - Thanks for letting us know that you play on PC, and that only the poultry farm seems to be affected. Can you let us know how many times you've tried to upgrade the poultry farm already?

If you're able to send us a video which shows you upgrading the poultry farm for the third time, and the option to upgrade remaining after this, that would be very helpful! I'd recommend making a manual save prior to doing this, as this will allow you to reload the save and to not lose your supplies/raw materials.
