[2022] Appearance, Dye slot and Gear Mods do not appear on Heartbreaker Vest

@Viviliscious @AgentNavier Hey everyone! Thank you for sharing this report with us, and apologies for the difficulties caused when using the Heartbreaker Gearset. This has been provided to our team to further look into. If you have also tried verifying your game file to see if there are any changes, could you share with us a short video clip of this behavior happening for you as well? This additional information will provide some more repro steps for the team to replicate this on their end.

Also, @Shin_velcro, are you on PC when seeing this happen on your side too?

• Did the player craft the vest or did they loot it from the open world?
• Did they recalibrate the vest before trying to edit it?

Would you also be able to provide us with a video that shows you're missing the appearance, dye and gear mod slots for both the Heartbreaker Vest and Knee pads as well? We can then add this video to your report, which will be helpful for the dedicated teams.

I'd recommend uploading any videos to a sharing platform, such as YouTube or Google Drive, as this will allow you to post a shareable link within this thread we can take a closer look at.

I can't say I'm familiar with a "Kingsmaker" weapon. Are you referring to the Kingbreaker rifle? If so, would you be able to create a new thread regarding being unable to select another colour for this weapon? This will allow us to investigate this issue further without going off-topic within this thread about the Heartbreaker gear.

@skoknor Hey there, thanks for reporting this issue occurring on other items. Can you grab some screenshots or video of that so we can get that to the team? Also, have you tried recalibrating that item then trying to customize it once more?

Thanks for sharing your experience of issues with the Heartbreaker set everyone, these following issues have been added to our 'known issue' list in our News and Announcements section and are being looked into by our Division team now >>

• Applying dyes on the Heartbreaker gear set will not change the colours of the gear
• The "Aggressor Kneepads" gear piece is missing its appearance and dye slots
