A graphics card would be needed in order to play Siege. Here's the list of the minimum requirements.[support.ubisoft.com]

So if you don't drag your mouse you can click on the buildings or the units without problem? The crash only happens when you drag your mouse?

Hey @Etroxud ,

Thanks for reaching out to us, sorry to hear you're having issues getting in to the game.

Could you please clarify more as to what you mean when you're unable to create an avatar?

Does the game freeze / crash / or do you receive any error messages?

And is the 66% loading issue after creating your avatar or when just generally loading into the game?

Ah, that is usually an antivirus app getting in the way. What antivirus app do you use? You need to make sure all these apps are in its exceptions lists:

ck3.exe (in the Steam CK3-binaries folder)
dowser.exe (in the Steam CK3-launcher folder)
C:/users/{UserName}/AppData/Local/Programs/Paradox Interactive/launcher-v2.2024.1/paradox launcher.exe
C:/users/{UserName}/AppData/Local/Programs/Paradox Interactive/bootstrapper-v2.exe

IF that doesn't help, also set each of those .exe files (EXCEPT ck3.exe !) to run as the Windows Admin user.

Then the game should run from Steam/our launcher, and enable all the DLCs.

IF NOT though, Right click on Documents in the left column of File Explorer, just under This PC there. Go to properties, location. What does it say there?
