In a royal match during the intro sequence of a map/the 2min waiting time for players to join, its not possible to acces the chat by pressing enter or t.
However plugins still seem to be able to send messages in the ingamechat during this time.
This issue appeared after the most recent update.

Can you let us know what plug-ins it is you usually use in-game? Are they part of Open Planet?
If you were to uninstall these plug-in's, does the game then allow you to launch the chat UI?
