Hello, support friends!

I'm hoping you all can help with an issue... I am unable to join any Royale games

What Happens: I have the message "Your match is in progress, please join it". However, that match ended several days ago. Any attempts to use the Join button only results in a Cannot find the server... error.

Steps Taken to Reproduce: I can't necessarily test it, but I know it happened when I left the Royale lobby in the middle of joining the next match, during the pre-race cutscene.

Workarounds: None

Thank you for sharing and explaining the behaviour you've encountered. Quite odd indeed.

Could you please try to verify the game files or reinstalling if it doesn't help?

Please let us know of any changes.

Out of curiosity, does your friend have the issue when they aren't partied with you @Alamaxia?

And just to confirm, you can't join any at all, whether you're partied with a friend or not?

Gotcha @Alamaxia, try clearing your Ubisoft Connect cache for me.

After that, could you grab me a video clip of what happens from when you first launch the game to when you open up that Social menu? You can try posting it here but if that doesn't work, you can use something like Google Drive or Youtube and drop me that link here. Thank you in advance!

Hey @Alamaxia! We fixed your account and you should be able to join new games now. Could you check if it's working properly on your side since we cannot test it?

Can you confirm for me if this issue persists for you? Or are you now correctly able to join a Royal game?

Please note that if you are timed out from multiplayer, you'll need to wait for 30 minutes, and you may see this error in the meantime.

Let me know if you've any other thoughts or questions about this.
