Hello everybody,

I'm trying to figure out why this is happening everytime, when I play TrackMania 2020 only. It never happends otherwise. I've already reinstall my bluetooth drivers/USB. But same problem.
It simply disconnect/reconnect all my bluetooth devices (Speakers, Xbox Controller, Printer, etc)

The problem is that I'm driving with the Xbox controller, and I would prefer not plug it directly in USB C to my PC. And since it's a very specific problem happening with all my devices, I mainly hope there is someone that knows the specific solution πŸ˜‰

Sorry to hear about this issue you're having with your Bluetooth devices when playing Trackmania. So we can get a better understanding of the issue, would you be able to tell us:

  • Does this happen every time Trackmania is launched?
  • Does this happen at the time of launch, or after playing for a particular amount of time?
  • When did this issue first start?
  • After your devices are disconnected, are they reconnected automatically? If so, how long does this take?

@zzouzzou Thanks for the update and for providing that information. If you haven't yet, can you try toΒ verify your game files and see if that helps with this issue at all?

Also, it's possible the issue with the Xbox controller could be related to this which should be fixed in a future update, but it is still strange that all of your Bluetooth devices are being disconnected.

Please let me know if verifying the game files helps or not! πŸ™‚

Thanks for the reply ZzouZzou let us know how it goes. We had other reports that there were problems with Bluetooth controllers recently in the game, but our devs and players confirmed this was working with the latest Trackmania update 202206290954-202207061137, so please let us know if this is not the case for you.

Thank you for your reply, @ZzouZzou. As my colleague Ubi-Milky wrote above, bluetooth devices have been confirmed to be working following a recent update to the game, so the development team are not currently looking into any continuing issues.

As you've mentioned that your issue continues, we'll need to investigate a bit deeper into this with you. Can you please confirm for me a full list of the devices you have connected when trying to play, as well as a list of the troubleshooting steps you have tried? For instance, have you tried using only the bluetooth controller and disconnecting all other bluetooth devices to start with, to see if it remains connected as expected?
