Hi Tenno, sorry for the negative first impression! Could you try updating your phone's iOS? The latest iOS is 17.4 and I noticed you mentioned having 14.71. 

Generally speaking we encourage everyone to be up to date with their iOS to have the best experience.

MOB Whispers in the Walls: Update 35.1: Hotfix #8

While we are calling this a hotfix, it is actually a small CERT* update. Depending on your Automatic App Update preferences, you may need to manually update the app.

Launcher Change: We added a popup on the launcher page last Hotfix that redirects players to the App Store when a new version of Warframe is available. You should now see this message for today’s Hotfix and when any new Update or Hotfix is available: “New Version: A new version is available, please visit the App Store to update.”

Changes:

  • Removed the ability to download logs by tapping the screen with four fingers at once.
    • Some players holding their device with a “claw” grip reported accidentally pulling up game logs when they didn’t intend to.

Hi Tenno, we are not currently aware of any issues impacting the ability to set up Cross Platform Save. 

Please head to this web page to get started! It is recommended to do this on web (laptop or PC) as opposed to mobile. https://www.warframe.com/news/cross-platform-save 

If you still cannot manage to set up Cross Platform Save, please write a support ticket to our Customer Service team at support.warframe.com !

Thank you for this report, Tenno. We are aware of a number of quest moments that are currently blocked by a missing prompt for touch controls. We will fix these as soon as we are able! Same with the Heavy Melee Attack button. In the meantime, if you have a gamepad/ controller to connect via bluetooth, you can pass these blockers as the issue is touch only.

Thank you for all of the feedback, Tenno! We're investigating iPad performance and UI issues, which you've pointed to here. As for point 6, "after Zariman mission on auto resolution scale it stretches on 16x9" -- could you tell us which mission you saw this Zariman bug? All Zariman missions for you?

That's not necessary Tenno! The Known Issues list is not exhaustive and doesn't include everything we're aware of (primarily the ones that we've seen reported multiple times). Having said that I'll update the wording on the Known Issues list. Thanks!

Hi Tenno, this is a known issue which we will address in an upcoming patch! Apologies -- the issue is Touch Control only, so if you happen to own a controller / gamepad such as a PlayStation or Xbox Controller, you can use this control scheme. If not, please wait for a hotfix!

Hi Tenno, could you tell us more information, such as what quests you can't unlock? Any of them? Are you using Cross Platform Save or starting from scratch?

Do you have any screenshots you could pass along?

In order to better understand what's going on, it would greatly benefit us to see your Game Logs. You can get logs by going into Options > Account > Send Error Logs. Once you've download logs to your device by selecting “Save to Files”, it’s time to send them along!

Thanks for sharing this -- I'll relay the differences and the confusion to the team involved with how that in-game warning works. To clarify, when going to Duviri, do you mean you get the warning before entering AND after getting kicked? or ONLY after getting kicked?

Hi Tenno, in this instance, "device memory" does not refer to how much storage space is left for Apps & Files but your random-access memory (RAM). This means storage for information that needs to be used quickly, like information for loading a large landscape. The iPad Mini 10.2 9th Gen has 3GB SDRAM for Memory, which is relatively low on the grand scheme of iPhone and iPad devices. 

Last week we added the warning you mentioned before players enter landscapes such as Duviri, Cambion Drift, and Orb Vallis. If you dismiss the warning, you can still enter the area, but it is possible that performance will suffer and crashes are possible (which you reported).

Hi Tenno, 

On Friday, one day before your post, we released Hotfix 7 which contained an issue with missing audio. Can you confirm this audio bug still happens after Hotfix 7? Thanks for the info about a wired connection to a DualSense controller -- that'll be helpful for testing / verifying!
