Thank you for this report Tenno! By any chance are you in Melee mode when you go up to the turrets? And do you have no primary / secondary weapon equipped? We are investigating now.

We are investigating and have a few leads. Could you let us know what you have equipped on your Operator / Drifter / whoever you are switching to?

Also for the time being, lowering your settings could be a potential fix. It appears you have all max settings running, which may be contributing!

Tenno, could you let us know what device you are playing on? Different iOS devices have different dimensions, and it would be helpful to know what you're playing on !

Hi Golgotha! Has this happened more than once? If you were encountering it multiple times, logs would be great! 

Hi Tenno, there may be some other qualifiers in addition to "Complete Vox Solaris" -- are you sure you've completed them all? Also, while you can view the Mercury Junction early, you have to actually complete all Nodes on the way to the Junction before you can attempt it. 

If neither of those tips help, please send along a screenshot of what you're seeing!

We’ve deployed a small iOS update that addresses two crash causes. Some new players reported being unable to complete the initial install while the app was backgrounded, and this update aims to resolve that.

While we are calling this a hotfix, it is actually a small CERT update (learn more about what that means here). Depending on your Automatic App Update preferences, you may need to manually update the app.

Fixes

• Fixed crash that could occur when leaving a Mission, Dojo, or Relay with some Ephemeras equipped.
• Fixed an issue causing the app to crash when installing the initial download in the background of your iPhone or iPad.

Hi Tenno, could you be using Auto Melee? If you are in Melee Mode you can toss. If your Auto Melee is off, you can toss by aim gliding and hitting Melee. Thanks!

Hi Tenno, more info would be incredibly helpful! Could you send screenshots along to help us understand what you are experiencing? Also please let us know what Graphics preset you are using. A screenshot of your graphics settings menu would also be helpful. 

Thank you Mrcrumpitizer! As was correctly stated, TennoGen works differently than any other item type in the game as it involves the work of creators outside of Digital Extremes. Because TennoGen is acquired using Platinum on Console & Mobile, but only acquirable with real world money on PC (Steam), the two ecosystems are separate and TennoGen can't travel from PC to mobile or vice versa. 

TennoGen purchased on console or mobile can move to any other console or mobile, however!

Sorry to hear this Tenno. We will investigate! It would be extremely helpful if you could share logs. I understand you cannot access the game from the launcher, but you can actually tap the top left corner of the screen to "send error logs" -- there is an invisible button for just this purpose. 

Tap the top left corner, then when prompted, tap your mail app icon. Then send those logs to [email protected] -- include a one sentence message so we know it's you! Thanks so much. Could you also clarify what iOS you're running and what iPad / iPhone you use?

Just to confirm, were these videos taken before or after Koumei & the Five Fates released at 11AM EST Oct 2nd? I couldn't help but notice the 12:59 AM and 2:23 AM times in the video URLS you sent over, and that might have been before Koumei released (granted I don't know the time zone). If you are still experiencing this after installing the latest update, please let me know!

You can select 'send error logs' tap your mail app icon, and mail them directly to [email protected] in this case. Just include as short sentence so we know it's you & remember which issue this is! 

Thank you Tenno! We recently identified a bug where melee animations can break after exiting one of those tunnels (elevators in the case of the Zariman) into a mission. Working on a fix now!

Hi Tenno, is this still occurring? It's always possible you were trying to load in just as the update was rolling out. 

Can you tell us what iPhone / iPad you are on, and what iOS you are running? For example if you are on a version of iOS 15, we highly recommend updating to the latest iOS.
