Launcher Change: We have added a popup on the launcher page that redirects players to the App Store when a new version of Warframe is available. Following this update, you will see this message when an Update or Hotfix: “New Version: A new version is available, please visit the App Store to update.”

Hey there FB-22, this is quite the strange report! I cannot say we have heard about Warframe on iOS causing a phone to become totally unresponsive and require a factory reset. Could you let me know a bit more information about the device and OS?
* what IPhone model are you using?
* when was the last time you updated your iOS? Do you know if you have automatic updates on or if you manually update your iOS? In the event that you know exactly what iOS you were running at the time of the incident, let me know! (completely understandable if you can't recall your latest iOS)

Hello again! We are aware of some Railjack UI bugs, but Raijlack should be functional on iOS. Could you let me know what device you are playing on? 

It could also be of great help to us if you could send error logs along to help us learn more about you not being able to interact with elements of the mission, as well as the unprompted slide. 

Retrieving logs on iOS

• In-game, tap the settings icon in the top left corner of the screen
• In the “Options”, tap the Envelope Icon to reach the “Account” Page
• Select “Send Error Logs”
• Download to your device by selecting “Save to Files”

Once you have them, you could send a ticket so support.warframe.com and attach the logs! Mention the Forums or my name in the ticket, and I'll be able to find the logs! You could also DM me on the Forums with a link to your logs -- whatever you find easier!

Hey there, thank you for this report! We are looking into the intense camera shifting that you are referencing! You'll notice missing the touch control UI for parkour or bullet jumping can cause the camera to launch off in another direction. We've got this on our list of issues to address in an upcoming hotfix!

Apologies Tenno, we are aware of this UI bug preventing players from getting through The Sacrifice. It appears to be impacting touch controls only. We have eyes on the issue and will address in an upcoming hotfix, but one workaround for the time being is using a bluetooth gamepad / controller (if you own one). I've added this to our Known Issues List. Thank you!

iOS Specific Notes:

• Added a memory warning popup when players on lower spec iPhones and iPads attempt to enter areas that will cause them to run out of memory.
  • The popup will read: “Using a low-memory device may cause issues while loading this level. Do you want to continue?”
  • Devices in question include iPad 10.2 (2021), iPad 10.2 (2020), iPad mini (2019), iPad Air (2019), iPhone 11 (2019), iPhone XR (2018), and iPhone XS (2018). 
  • Areas can include Duviri, Deimos, Orb Vallis, and Dojos
    • Note: This warning popup will not prevent players from entering the above area(s) in question. Players can choose to dismiss the warning, but may experience performance issues in these areas, depending on their device.

As for sending logs, we recently published a handy guide to walk you through that! You can send them to support.warframe.com and mention my name if you're finding it too hard to DM the logs over the forums. 

Please keep us posted, Tenno! Cross Platform Trading has a number of variables and it can be a bit tricky to keep track of. Essentially, for trading across Platforms, both parties must have Cross Platform Save enabled (enabling is done outside of game on warframe.com) as well as 2FA TennoGuard enabled (also in Account Settings of warframe.com)

Thanks for the report, Tenno! Background apps do not get full audio while Warframe is running in the foreground, though we'll take this feedback into consideration!

As for the audio fully cutting out, have you noticed it occurring after getting a notification, or a phone call? We are aware of this issue and working on a fix!

Thank you Tenno, this issue is on our radar! We have addressed some of the other quest issues with touch controls, and the Komi fix is coming with a future hotfix. 

Thank you Tenno, we are investigating missing vibration / rumble on controllers like the DualShock 4, DualSense, and Xbox Controllers now. 

Hi Tenno, happy to hear you were able to get back in using your method! I believe this was related to our CERT update going out, which could have been solved by manually updating the app by visiting the App Store and updating Warframe. There may have been a short period where the Update option was not available as the update was rolling out globally to all regions. 

Thank you Tenno, we are aware of this issue where the virtual keyboard does not appear when trying to use a chat filter. It's on our team's list of issues to address in an upcoming hotfix!

Depending on your region it may take a bit more time for the "Update" option to appear. It should occur momentarily!

While we are calling this a hotfix, it is actually a small CERT update. Depending on your Automatic App Update preferences, you may need to manually update the app. If you see "Unable to connect, please ensure you have the latest Warframe update installed" on the launcher, head to the App Store, search for Warframe and select "Update"
