If you have the items for crafting in your inventory, it should let you craft even if it shows a cooldown. Does clicking craft not create it?

This should only impact four chests, not all chests!

In the 1.8.0 patch, we introduced new Company switching cooldowns:

• When leaving a Company, players will start a 72 hour cooldown on fighting in a War and earning Influence for any Company toward War declaration eligibility. The cooldown begins once a player leaves. Any Influence earned will still count towards the player’s Faction.

• Al dejar una compañía, los jugadores empezarán un tiempo de espera de 72 horas para luchar en una guerra defensiva y para ganar influencia para cualquier compañía elegibles para una declaración de guerra. Este tiempo de espera empieza una vez que el jugador deja la compañía. Cualquier influencia ganada seguirá contando para la facción del jugador.

The ability to join a War or Invasion after it had started was a bug and not intended.
