Each region has its own Server Cluster, and when codes are generated it takes a while to make sure that all codes are implemented across all the servers. So some codes will go through the extra steps to be a World-Wide Code, while other codes might be less formal or more ad-hoc, like for a local-language Community Stream.

Anyone is welcome to watch and get drops from Community Streams regardless of what language they occur in, but it's fair to assume the codes given out are intended for the primary viewer base of each Community Stream. The free stuff is meant for their folks!

Our English-speaking Community Stream for the NA Server is typically on Wednesdays at 5pm CST, so I think we try to make sure any codes we have are readied for NA and EU servers, because we commonly get viewers from Europe in the audience as well as North America folks.

Actually, there is a broadcast going on right now at: https://www.twitch.tv/worldofwarships and this week's drop is running from November 25th to Decomber 2nd.

The Drop is for ANY broadcast that occurs on the channel within the given time frame. This includes broadcasts that are in other languages or for other server clusters as Twitch simply attaches the drop to the channel itself.

As a general rule, you don't want to sell a Premium ship. There's a process to undergo to recover a sold one (other then buying it a second time), and the credits you gain from selling it won't be life changing.

As for learning CV... welcome to a long journey filled with priorities, decision-making, and panic <3 As a CV player you have to ability to go almost anywhere on the map, and yet only be able to do one thing at a time, while being limited by how far your hull is from whichever REALLY IMPORTANT THING is happening at the moment. This leads to a LOT of decisions to be made from moment to moment, and spoilers... it's never easy to pick which decision is the right one.

I have a Compendium that is filled with information about CV Mechanics and Concepts, including tactics and ideas for what to do and when. Still, every battle is a bundle of chaos, so you do the best you can.

For right now, starting at Tier 8 is ROUGH. ...

Just checked in port. She can extend out to 17.2km with Range Mod in Slot 6.

Tulsa's spongier than the DM or Salem because she lacks the 30mm plate in her mid and deck, but she has a much smaller amount of Citadel showing.

Also, be ready for some great DPM but occasionally rough dispersion at range. She has 2 barrels per turret, so your shells can drift out and result in a noticable amount of misses when barraging at long ranges.

It's a great game. It grabbed me and I've been enjoying it for years by this point~

I’ve gone and taken the plunge, and I’m surfacing back up as one of your new North American Community Managers.

For those that haven’t heard of me, I started streaming World of Warships about a year and a half ago to provide Twitch with some English-speaking Aircraft Carrier play. It’s known as my niche, and I’ve made a lot of teaching videos regarding them. I’ve also streamed King of the Seas for the past 3 seasons (two of those with Boggzy!) and was invited to help with the Wounded Warrior Charity and King of the Seas 13 Finals Weekend streams that the WoWs NA team put on earlier this year (I even sang a little~).

When WarGaming announced they were increasing their North American team (we’re still hiring!), I ventured up the courage and put my name into the hat. I started a few days ago, so I’m still learning the ropes, but I aim to be in ship shape before too long!

As others have said, she's still in Testing. It's a Port-only situation on the PTS.

You could sell the modules (or just detach them with dubloons and use them elsewhere). It's the PTS server, so Credits and Dubloons should be generally provided as it's not the actual Live Game.

The math works out to roughly 1/300.

So if 100 players earn about 3 non-premium containers each. 1 out of every hundred players would get a ship.

That will likely be many thousands of players that do that world wide. So if 100,000 players worldwide each get 3 containers, WG will have given out roughly 1,000 ships.

Usually there's a mission chain that shows up around Black Friday stuff time that allows you to earn some non-premium containers.

If you buy a stage, you get the standard rewards for that stage. So the ships would be purchased as you would expect.

Once you've unlocked stages buy purchase, you can still grind and obtain the "stage unlocks" through in-game missions. For every Stage Unlock you get that works on a stage you've already been rewarded for, you get 250 Steel instead of getting nothing (as you've already gotten the stuff earlier)

There are two ships available in the Dockyard which are free to obtain. Tier 3 Dreadnaught is fairly early, and the newly introduced Repulse is halfway through.
