If you lost your password and receive a password reset from https://register.funcom.com/lostpassword, this temporary password does not change your game password. It only works for the account webpage, so attempting use this password for the game will not work.

Once you can log in to your account webpage and update your passwords, then your passwords for the site and game should match.

Otherwise, if you change ...

Sometimes if you’re logging in and out of the site multiple times in a short period, you might get locked out. If this happens, try waiting 24 hours without ANY attempts at logging in to the website from your household. If the issue persists, please message me.

If you go to your account page at account.ageofconan.com you should find this part in the middle:

Click on “Reactivate” to enable auto-renew/billing.

If you go to change your password on the account page, it now simply updates both your website and game passwords. Again, just remember to wait ~15 minutes after changing the game password before logging into the game with the new password.

Known Issue(s):

• Lair Patron chests incorrectly have a 5-player looting cap. This will be fixed as quickly as possible.
• Serum Pouch shows wildly incorrect number values. This is only a tooltip error. The item does not actually apply the displayed values.

Errata:

• Added bit about all players receiving Patron Keys with this update
• Occluding Lens duration was listed as 15 seconds, but is actually 10 seconds
• Reinforce Shells effect listed effect of old version of ability, now updated
• “Mahattan”

It’s heeeere! The massive dungeon and raid rebalance is going live Tuesday, September 29th! This is one of the biggest updates for Secret World Legends EVER, and we sincerely appreciate all the feedback and help everyone provided during testing!

Patron

• The Loot Key system has been reworked:
  • Dungeons, Scenarios, and Lairs no longer require keys to obtain loot.
  • When completing a Dungeon, Scenario, or after killing a Lair boss, a Patron’s Chest will appear near the standard loot chest.
  • One of each type of Patron’s Chest can be opened per day by Patrons.
  • The Patron Chests award 1 guaranteed special distillate (Energized or Purified), Anima Shards, and varying useful items (like Distillate Shifters or Catalysts), exclusive cosmetics, or even 3 new agents.

All players, including non-Patrons, received 1 of each type of Patron key with the update.

UI

• Fixed an issue where the combat log was reporting damage or healing as coming from the wrong ability. This was fairly commonly seen with Signet of Cruel Delight and Unveil Essence, but happened with a large number of abilities and effects.

Sorry for the confusion with our account system! A “cancelled” account means we cannot bill you automatically; you’d need to manually reactivate your account if you wish to continue your premium membership. It does not close your account nor cancel/deactivate any current premium membership time.

Your client username/password MAY DIFFER from what you use to log in to the account page. Typically they’re the same, but if you change the game password it may take up to 15 minutes for the changes to take effect.
