The only advice we can offer is seeing if you can pause the application temporarily, or allowing us as an exception to the application. We can’t offer direct support for programs like this.

• Gartua the Gate Guardian no longer teleports players to himself.

• Gartua is rooted in place during entire encounter.

Pyramid of Home

• Searing Flames are not immediately active.

Servers are back online!

We’re bringing the servers down tomorrow, June 23 at 9:00 AM EDT / 13:00 GMT for a hotfix. Estimated downtime is 2 hours.

This is a known issue and will be resolved in an upcoming fix.

The cost reduction is a permanent change.

We currently have no plans to reduce the level requirement on Basic Riding. I apologize for not mentioning that in the announcement.

Well yeah, you still need Basic riding, but once you know that, you should be able to use the Advanced riding we gave you right after.

Pretty sure you can use the book we delivered at any level. It’s a special version of the training that, from what I understand, shouldn’t care what level you are. Give it a shot.

Hi friends! Today, we delivered a free book of Advanced Riding Training to all characters who earned the Gilded Desert Steed during the 12th Anniversary event. You may find this item in your Claims, and you may use this particular version of the item at any level. You do need to know Basic Riding first, though. Thank you for joining us for the anniversary celebration!

In addition to the above, we also reduced the cost of Advanced Riding Training to 5g.
