Hey @Ronin69,
Have you submitted a trouble ticket yet? If not, could you please do so with as much info/data as you have?
If you have the replay please submit that as well.
Thank you for the heads up and information

Thanks for sharing your build and your USS Georgia Experience @_1204_
Glad you have found and shared the build that best works for you.
Yes, being on the WRONG end of a shot from those Guns in my HMS Nelson was a wee bit painful. You played the ship and position well sir.
Please continue to share your thoughts on this ship and congrats on the run you have had in her so far.
As a DD main this pains me with the accuracy of how this meme.
The only worse feeling would be having this happen to a ship with a captain lacking Last Stand skill.
Thanks @Lert
@Lightninger, any guess how many Scenario/Operation missions were in that 6,978?
What do you think the graf would like without those factored in?
Welcome @DeepFriedDubey
I started wanting to try all classes and countries, so I ground across the lines till around tier 5.
While I sold ships once I moved up in tier you would be surprised on how many I went and bought back. Looking at you, Wakatake and St. Louis.
Dropping a link to Kami's learning the basics guide as well. Good stuff to read if you are new to the game.
Best of luck Deepfried and look forward to seeing you around.
Haida hits HARD, especially if you have her captain loaded out as @1Sherman suggests.
Also as FYI all, we will be visiting the HMCS Haida on both August 30th and the 31st and tickets are still available. It's a great chance to celebrate a historic ship with a magnificent history to boot.
I am really finding the flexibility and strength of Z-39 make it a great choice for Ranked Sprint.
Thanks for sharing the vid, @Destroyer_KuroshioKai, and the demonstration of how the Z-39 can disrupt and buy time for your team to cap and reposition on this map.
Right before you posted the vid I had a match where spotting and screening allowed our team to take out the Red Blys, their only DD, in the first 20 seconds of contact. The rest of the match I just capped A, spotted for the victory, and slung the occasional Torpedo.
Again, great match and ship recommendation.
All three fun ships. I am a DD Main so I love the IJN Torp boat style of play at those tiers.
That said, gunboat Gremmy others like the tier 6 Farragut are a blast to play for me as well.
The Murmansk is a beast when top tier as well.
One of the fun things about the game, IMO, is that you can find your "Sweet spot" of where you like to play.
Do you have any "Go-to/favorite" ships/Class for tier 5, @cecill611
Congrats @_1204_ !
Please share your build and the results you have with it in the USS Georgia.
I have gone with the secondary build but that is as much for "Secondary Joy" that it can bring.
I wonder if they choose not to fire the lower deck guns do to possible structural damage?
The Victory is a historical/cultural treasure, and I am impressed they felt confident enough to fire the guns off at all.
Thanks for the thread/Video @Lord_Slayer
Great picture of a unique moment, @ij70 and linking it.
The effort and engineering it took just underscored the need to get the USS West Virginia back into the fight.
So far am 3-1 in Ranked sprint with wins in the Z-39, Jervis, and Haida. The only loss coming in a close battle in the Sims. Great suggestions in this thread. The wide spread of strong Tier 7 DD's make choice on just one difficult. Which ones have others had luck so far today in Ranked Sprint?
It comes down to balance. Hence why the Nelson has no Torpedoes or other BB's. Finding that keen edge between historical and gameplay is always a challenge. Though there have been some notable times where a DD charging down BB has happened, see Taffy 3 and the charge of 3 Fletcher Classes and a DE for a good example.
HA! Your assist made it a lot easier and nice kill of that BB. Taking down DD's and screening BB's is part of the job description so happy I could help sir.
Good suggestions @AVR__Project, thanks!
I know there are some die-hard Newport players out there. Is there any advice you could offer to help out @Joe_918145 ?
Hope the advice helps Joe or if not that you find an operation that you enjoy more and can dive right into.
Interesting topic and engagement all, but I have moved this over to the Historical Discussion as it better suits it.
FYI, Ranked Sprint is now up and running as of 9 AM Pacific. Took Haida out in my first battle.
Good luck Captains!
Really great piece of history @DaRecco42
Thanks for posting such a unique history of an amazing Admiral.
