If you have a prepaid number, just try it now rather than worrying about it. Most people except for 2 notable prepaid carriers in US have been successful even if they are on a prepaid number.

From what they said it sounds like the system records it and converts to text, so no person listens to it.
This is correct, the audio is only used for transcription and then deleted. A human will never listen to the audio.

While the overall issue is resolved we do see a higher than baseline amount of errors, so we're investigating individual accounts encountering these now. Sorry that you're still impacted, and we're working on it!

Yeah the way they did this was kind of dumb. There are always issues like this on any launch but they set it up so everyone literally gets their keys at the same time.
There were just a couple servers that were misbehaving, we're all sorted out now and should hopefully be smooth sailing now! I hope you got in and are having a great time.

It's extremely helpful for us to get details when you're able to share. Your rating, where you're playing from, and the timestamp for when you had the match are all super useful.
