Why do I know that as a player? Because of the tutorial quests update and the new leveling experience update with the reward popups that explain you something new which wasn't an option. The game needed it. It was a good step in the right direction but there is still so many areas in the game where the player has to look it up on third party sites because the game explains so little so often.
