For those who are unwilling to update/troubleshoot.

Please note that if you are unwilling to update your game to the latest content then unfortunately that problem will persist on your current version until you either clear data/cache or uninstall and reinstall the game.

And unfortunately, the development team will not be able to help you further.

Unfortunately, if you would like to ensure that your device has received the fix/changes the developer working on this issue has made, please do clear data / cache at the very least if you are unwilling to uninstall and reinstall Gems of War.

(You won’t lose progress in the game if you remember your account details - especially the invite code.)

Just a heads up that the development team is rolling out a fix for this issue in the next 24-48 hours and Kurandara should be available in all appropriate chests.

And as for compensation,

• A global mail will be sent out

and

• Kurandara will be added into the Soulforge for the rest of the week for a quarter of the cost of a regular mythic, so that you guys can obtain him that way if you wish.

It’s that time again. The next round of beta testing is about to start!

This time for Version 7.0 starting on June 9th.

If you participate you will get a sneak peak of some new upcoming content (Troops and events for example) and small game changes and be able to share your feedback about usability and your experience with us prior to the release.

Also, to prevent this type of issue from occurring again in the future, I’d suggest leaving a larger period of time before & after daily reset to do your dungeons.

This is not a bug, as it is intentionally meant to say “New Title” in the Campaign Pass Rewards Track.

Once this reward is unlocked and collected, you will then find out what exactly the title is.

• Since at the current moment, I’m not quite understanding when the Bosses changed.
• And also, when you triggered another Trap.

Currently my understanding is this:

At the beginning:

• You opened 1 Death Trap was from Thursday, and 2 Death Traps from Friday.
• Then you exited briefly to the World Map and re-entered the Dungeon.
• 1 of the 3 Death Traps had reset to an unopened Door.

This is not a bug.

There is a possibility that no ads were available as all options for ads were exhausted. Which doesn’t happen often in my experience, but can happen. And as ads are operated by a third-party company and not our studio, we are unable to generate more ads for you if this is the case.
